Our goal is zero accidents, zero injuries, and zero harm to people, property, or wildlife.
1. Commitment to Safety
At Strikeforce Bird Control We:
Comply fully with all applicable OSHA, EPA, and local government health and safety regulations.
Establish and maintain safe work environments on every project site, including government and commercial facilities.
We use only trained and certified personnel for elevated work, confined spaces, pesticide application, or wildlife handling.
Continuously evaluate safety risks associated with aerial lifts, roof work, chemical deterrents, and avian management activities.
Promote a safety-first culture through open communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Commitment to Responsibilities
Our company will provide all required personal protective equipment (PPE), safety training, and tools necessary to perform work safely.
will enforce compliance with safety procedures and ensure pre-job safety briefings along with Safety Talks are conducted daily.
Employees are responsible for performing their work in a safe manner, reporting hazards immediately, and refusing unsafe work conditions without fear of reprisal.
Subcontractors are required to will adhere to Strikeforce’s Bird Control safety standards as this being a condition of their contract.
3. Training & Awareness
All employees will receive initial and refresher training in fall protection, ladder safety, lift equipment use, respiratory protection, and safe bird-handling procedures.
Safety meetings are held at least monthly, and all near misses or incidents are investigated to prevent recurrence.
Strikeforce Bird Control maintains up-to-date Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensures all materials are handled in compliance with environmental standards.
4. Environmental and Wildlife Protection
As a certified bird control company, we pledge to:
Conduct all operations humanely and in compliance with the Migratory Bird Treaty Act and local wildlife regulations.
Avoid harm to non-target species and sensitive habitats.
Use eco-conscious deterrent methods whenever feasible, reducing the environmental footprint of our operations.
